By accessing the services provided by id8.io LLC, you agree to be bound by the following terms. We specialize in AI software design and architecture, and these terms govern the professional relationship and use of our digital assets.

1. Service Engagement

id8.io LLC provides software development, AI architecture, and professional services. All project timelines and budgets discussed are estimates until formalized in a signed Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Intellectual Property

All architectural designs, proprietary code snippets in Python and C#, and custom AI frameworks developed during the consultation phase remain the property of id8.io LLC unless otherwise transferred via a specific master services agreement.

3. Staff Augmentation

When providing professional services to supplement client teams, id8.io LLC remains an independent contractor. Clients are responsible for providing the necessary direction and environment for embedded developers.

4. Limitation of Liability

id8.io LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the implementation of software architecture by third parties. We strive for 100% execution accuracy from design to deployment.
